Bistro Leháro, for the second year at MUNI DAY, will bring its signature smash burger. It's specific in that the meat is quickly pressed on the grill, caramelizing it while retaining its juiciness. You can also enjoy a burger with Halloumi cheese, chicken strips and home fries.
Průjezd*32 is our rural bistro in the impassable Veverské Knínice. In gastronomy, we like to dust off classic dishes, which we transform respectfully into a modern form. Our signature dish is the honzo's savoury bun.
Choice coffee, vege, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free? No problem! We are a café at the Faculty of Arts in building N, we focus primarily on select coffee that we roast ourselves. At MUNI DAY we bring Greek goodies, homemade desserts, sandwiches, cocktails and wine.
Our flagship beer is Garrigue 11° light lager, which we brewed in honour of TGM on the 100th anniversary of the Czechoslovak Republic. The founder of the brewery, Igor Ingršt, is a former MU student and now teaches a course at ESF MU.
A group of friends and cooking enthusiasts will prepare roasted smoked leg on a spit and homemade ham and pepper sausages on the grill for you. Of course, there will be artisanal bread from the local bakery. This is Kvelb.
The modern-style café with a view of the University campus and the Brno surroundings is located in building A10, 2nd floor (covered footbridge).
The modern catering facility is located in building A9, 2nd floor (above the university library).
In the lobby of the building of the Faculty of Medicine, Morphology Centre in Brno, you can find the Morfo buffet.
ACADEMIC restaurant is a modern self-service restaurant with comfortable seating in Campus Square (next to the Tesco hypermarket)
