What to take with you: for hygienic reasons I recommend your own mat, if you don't have one, at least a towel that you can put on the borrowed mat, you can exercise barefoot or in socks.
Description: jogalates belongs to the category of Body and Mind exercises, combining yoga and Pilates. It is a slow paced class.
