Description: Fit Office Yoga- "straightening up our worked-out bodies". Exercise good not only in the office, or how to stretch and relax at work. Fit office yoga focuses mainly on strengthening the entire back area, relaxing the cervical and lumbar spine, strengthening the abdominal muscles, stretching the lower body and improving overall posture. It helps us to concentrate better at work, release mental tension and stress and regain energy for our future work performance.
